BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable advance of 10% is required to confirm the booking.

• 80% of the total amount must be paid on or before the event date.

• The remaining 10% must be cleared before final delivery (album/video).

• All deliverables will be processed only after full payment is completed.

• All prices are exclusive of GST (18%), if applicable.

 

 TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION

• Travel, food, and accommodation for the team must be arranged or reimbursed by the client.

• For outstation events, proper arrangements must be made in advance.

 

 SCOPE OF WORK

• The quotation is valid only for the events mentioned.

• Any additional events/functions will be charged extra.

• Outdoor shoots are complimentary; however, travel, stay, and food must be covered by the client.

• Post-wedding shoots must be completed within 1 year of the wedding date.

 

 DELIVERY TIMELINE

• RAW photos will be shared within 7 working days after the event.

• Album photo selection must be completed within the given timeline.

• Album design (PDF) will be shared within 30–40 working days after selection.

• Final album delivery will be completed within 20 days after approval.

• Timelines are approximate and may vary based on workload and project scope.

• All deliverables will be provided in digital format only unless otherwise specified.

 

 ALBUM SELECTION & DELAY POLICY 

• The client must complete photo selection within 5 months from the event date.

• The album must also be finalized and collected within this period.

• If the client delays beyond 5 months:

  • The project will be considered on hold

  • Price changes may apply due to increased album/printing costs

• In such cases:

  • The client must complete full payment

  • Collect all RAW data from V Studio

  • Album creation can be done later, but will be charged at current pricing

 

 ALBUM & EDITING

• 1–2 revisions for album/video are included.

• Additional revisions will be charged:

  • ₹2,500 per video revision

  • ₹1,000 per album revision

• Extra album sheets or additional copies will incur extra charges.

 

 VIDEO TERMS

• All videos will be edited in V Studio style.

• Song selection must be provided by the client at the initial stage.

• Major changes after editing will be charged additionally. 

•  RAW DATA COLLECTION POLICY 

• All RAW photos and videos must be collected within 8 months from the event date.

• V Studio will store data only for up to 8 months.

• After this period:

• Data may be permanently deleted without prior notice

• V Studio will not be responsible for any data loss

• It is the client’s responsibility to safely store the data after collection.

 COPYRIGHT & USAGE

• V Studio retains full copyright ownership of all photos and videos.

• We reserve the right to use content for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

• Clients are not permitted to edit, alter, or apply filters to delivered work.

• Creative decisions including style, editing, and final output remain at the discretion of V Studio.

 

 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• The advance amount is strictly non-refundable.

• If cancelled:

• More than 60 days prior → Partial refund (excluding advance) may be considered

• Less than 60 days → No refund

• Date changes are subject to availability.

 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• The client must ensure proper event coordination and timing.

• Delays caused by the client may affect coverage and delivery timelines.

• V Studio is not responsible for interference from guests, videographers, or external factors affecting the shoot.

 

 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• V Studio is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures

  • Natural disasters or unavoidable situations

  • Missed shots due to time constraints, restricted access, or unforeseen conditions

• In such cases, liability is limited to the amount paid.

 

 FINAL AGREEMENT

• By confirming the booking, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
