• How do we hire you?

Contact us via social media or our inquiry form. We’ll share your quote and guide you through booking.

• How do we confirm our booking?

A non-refundable advance of 10% is required to secure your date.80% must be paid on or before the event date, and the remaining 10% before final delivery. All deliverables are processed only after full payment. Prices are exclusive of GST (18%), if applicable.

• Do you travel for events?

Yes. Travel, food, and accommodation must be arranged or reimbursed by the client. For outstation events, arrangements should be made in advance.

• What does the quotation include?

The quotation is valid only for the events discussed. Additional functions will be charged separately. Outdoor shoots are complimentary, but travel and stay must be covered.

• How long do we have to select photos for the album?

Photo selection and album finalization must be completed within 5 months of the event.

• When will we receive our photos and albums?

RAW photos are shared within 7 working days. Album design is delivered within 30–40 working days after selection, and the final album within 20 days of approval. Timelines may vary slightly based on workload.

• What happens if we delay album selection?

The project may be placed on hold, pricing may change, and you may need to complete full payment and collect RAW data. Album creation can be done later at current pricing.

• Can we choose music for our wedding film?

Yes, song selection must be provided at the initial stage. Major changes after editing will incur additional charges.
